First Day...

So I know that its already several weeks into high school for most of you, but we all had that one terrifying moment when the bus pulled to the curb and the gloomy building towered before you... who knew what you were to expect? And of course as that first bell rang, the weight of your backpack suddenly getting heavier.. and the real pressures of high school start to set in.
As the first homework assignment is written in your bran-new school planner, your first thought is always "what kind of teacher gives homework on the first day of school?!"
Yes high school is already far different than the easy going middle school life. when putting off tests and assignments was still okay, and when the latest boy drama with your friends was the most important thing you had to worry about.
Even though its only the end of week 2 for me...I can already tell high school will be much different than the past three years.

Introduction

Hey(: my name is  Alex, I'm a freshman in high school this year.

This blog was an assignment from my Journalism teacher, Mr. C and I am supposed to be finding an interesting subject to talk about. The Idea of this assignment is to write an article on something you like or find interesting, and something I find VERY interesting is giving advice. Ever since I can remember I have always been the "go-to-girl" when it comes to advice and problems. 

This time I've decided to do an advice column about relationships, exactly what I'm best at! 

Of course the first thing you think of when you hear that word is walking down the hallway hand in hand or late night phone calls with that special someone, but I'm talking about any kind of relationships, friendships, or family relationships. In this blog I will be posting advice as well as stories and answers to any questions or comments you might have.
